1. Agreement
By accessing or using PackingListPro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated from Loopia hosting infrastructure and is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
2. What we provide
PackingListPro generates personalized, AI-assisted travel preparation reports based on the trip details you provide - destination, dates, traveler type and package. Reports may include packing lists, health and safety guidance, cultural information, local phrases, weather expectations and tips, depending on the package purchased.
3. AI-generated content, advisory only, no warranty
All reports and guidance are generated by artificial intelligence (AI). Such content may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect, and is provided for general informational purposes only. It is advisory and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, security, or travel advice.
Travel conditions, entry requirements, vaccination rules, security situations and local laws change frequently and vary by personal circumstance. We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, and we expressly disclaim any responsibility for the results, accuracy, or use of the AI-generated content.
Full responsibility rests with you, the client. You are solely responsible for verifying all critical information - including visas, required vaccinations, travel insurance and government security advisories - with official government, embassy and health authority sources before you travel, and for any decisions or actions you take based on a report.
4. Packages, payment and one-time delivery
- Three packages are offered: Traveler ($1), Explorer ($2) and Adventurer ($3), in US dollars.
- Payment is processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card details.
- Each successful payment entitles you to one personalized report, generated once.
- Prices and package contents may change at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.
5. Refunds
Reports are digital goods delivered instantly and generated on demand. Once a report has been generated, the purchase is non-refundable. If a technical fault prevented your report from being generated after payment, contact us and we will regenerate it or refund the payment.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass payment, overload or attack the infrastructure, scrape content at scale, reverse-engineer the system, or resell generated reports as your own commercial product.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, code and prompt systems are owned by PackingListPro. The personalized report you purchase is for your own personal travel use.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PackingListPro is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, any report or information provided by the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
